Greg did a great job on this repair work. Beforehand, his main concern was how unsafe the issue was, which led to him coming round and fixing the problem the morning after I called. His years of experience meant he was able to come up with a plan of action, which he then completed in half a day. His quote was also much better than everyone else I called, who all wanted to make the job bigger than was required.
